Technology in Social Humanitarian and Open Innovation is referred to as TekSHOI. It is an innovation-driven initiative dedicated to addressing systemic challenges through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustainable solutions. We believe that short-term, isolated, projectised approaches are no longer enough to create meaningful change. Connecting people, ideas, and resources is one of the most powerful ways ways we can drive impact. By bringing together diverse voices, TekSHOI fosters an environment where leaders and changemakers can exchange knowledge, build partnerships, and work collectively towards long-term solutions.

So far, TekSHOI has hosted two multi-stakeholder initiatives: the TekSHOI Leadership Programme, which engaged local actors, NGOs, and community-based organisations to strengthen leadership and community-driven solutions, and the TekSHOI Media Collaboration, which brought together local journalists and local actors to amplify voices, share stories, and enhance the role of media in driving social change. Both programmes have created ripple effects that extend beyond their immediate participants, fostering stronger networks and sustainable collaborations.
